DIVINE SELF MEDITATION COURSE
ln this 8 week meditation course l will guide you for 1 hour a week into deep profound union with the great Light that you are.
Using deep slow breathing and clear visualization l will guide you into the deep still Peace within you. As you go about your life you will have the tools to stay centered and clear, so you can go about your day and life, happy and serene.
MEDITATION has profound benefits for mental and emotional wellbeing. It calms and strengthens your body, reduces blood pressure, lowers heart rate, calms the nervous and digestive systems and reduces anxiety and stress.
MEDITATION is an overall tonic for your body’s health and enables you to live your life with clarity and joy.
It is my intention that by the end of this 8 week MEDITATION course you will not only understand how to meditate and feel its wonderful benefits, you will be using meditation as a daily practice.
This MEDITATION course is for beginners and advanced meditators. l have been meditating daily for 30 years. Meditation allows me to set my day so l experience Grace and Flow. If l wake in the night l meditate and drop back into a deep sleep .
